Spruce Up Co didn’t start as a business idea — it started as a lived experience.
For years, I watched people around me struggle with selling their homes. They knew they needed to fix, tidy, or update things… but the process felt overwhelming, expensive, and confusing. I saw good people losing money on the sale of their home simply because they didn’t know where to start or who to trust.
And I realised something:
Most homeowners don’t need a full renovation — they just need someone to walk in, see the potential instantly, and guide them through the smartest tweaks that create the biggest impact.

So I decided to become that person.
With my background in project management, budgeting, and helping people through stressful situations, I knew I could create a service that made the pre-sale process simple, transparent, and actually enjoyable. A service where homeowners felt supported, not overwhelmed. Where renovations were strategic, not excessive. And where real estate agents had a trusted partner who understood timelines, presentation, and what buyers look for.
Spruce Up Co was created from me wanting to take the stress out of selling and help people get the best price possible — without wasting money on things that don’t matter.
